About TOHOA

The Twin Oaks Homeowners was established in March of 2005 with the completion of  new home construction in 2011.

As a new development, residents have been working diligently to build a strong and healthy community with a family focus.

Neighbors call on Speeders to SLOW DOWN

 

New signs will be posted along the streets in the neighborhood to remind us that we need to slow down. The speed limit in our neighborhood is 25 MPH.

March 2015 CDC Event

Free bowling at the Spartan Bowl in McFarland!

 

This will be taking place on Saturday, March 28th from 1-3pm. All lane and shoe rentals, as well as soda, will be provided.

 

Please RSVP via email to twinoaksmadison@gmail.com. Make sure to include how many will be attending with you, so we can reserve enough lanes.

The following are the 2015 capital projects for our Association as approved by the General Membership on December 13, 2014.

  • Lighting for Sign Lot

  • Additional Pet Waste station on Treichel St. (TBD Location)

  • Maintenance and repairs on park benches, arbor and picnic tables in Brandenburg Park

  • Build and place a tiny library station in the neighborhood (TBD)

  • Build and place a kiosk station in Brandenburg Park

  • Lot sign landscaping
