Theresa Strait is our 2013-2014 Secretary. She also servers on the Architectural Committee. She joined the Board in the later part of 2013.
Theresa joined the board to make a difference in our community, and to help increase the communication between all the families here in Twin Oaks. She feels very strongly about giving back to our community and helping others. Forever Family is her motto. She believes our community is one enormous Family. If you need a hand, please come knocking at Theresa's door. She would enjoy getting to know more of her neighbors. Please don't be strangers.
Treasurer
Ryan Whitney is your Treasurer. He recently moved to the Twin Oaks area in 2014. He joined after being impressed with such an active and passionate community. In the best interest of every resident, he will bring his management and networking experience to the table as an additional tool for this community's positive development.
Director I
Phil McCarragher joined the Twin Oaks neighborhood in October of 2014 with his wife. After living in the neighborhood for a year and being impressed with the association and what it had to offer, Phil decided to participate to offer my help towards making the neighborhood one that furthers the camaraderie between neighbors and families. Phil would like to help keep the lines of communication open between the association and the citizens it serves. Director II
Rica Ross was your 2013 Secretary and now a Director. As the longest standing Board member, joining in 2009, Rica has also served on the Communications and Events Committee. She is an excellent team player and always helps tie up all the loose ends for each project to get the job done.
Director III
Deb moved here with her husband Dan in 2010. They were looking to get away from the city. Deb and Dan love the quietness out here as well as the wild life in their backyard. Deb love working in her yard, and looks forward to working in the parks this year to get some color in them.
