Alternate Side Parking is in effect for the entire Twin Oaks neighborhood from November 15 - March 15, seven days a week, regardless of weather conditions.
Park on the EVEN house numbered side of the street on even numbered days from 1-7am.
Park on the ODD house numbered side of the street on odd numbered days from 1-7am.
A Declared Snow Emergency is when snow accumulates to 3" or more. The snow emergency zone is in the Downtown Isthmus area of Madison and doesn't affect parking rules in the Twin Oaks neighborhood. It will affect the fine for a violation; it is $20 when a snow emergency has not been declared, and $60 when one has been declared.
